What is Crew-Desk?
Crew-Desk is field service management software for trade crews of one to 15 people. It covers the whole job in a single web app: customers, jobs and their scheduled visits, dispatch, quotes and invoices, online card payments through Stripe, and automatic SMS appointment reminders.
It’s built for owner-operators and small crews — plumbers, electricians, landscapers, HVAC technicians, and cleaners — who are running on spreadsheets, paper job sheets, and group chats today, and who don’t need the price or complexity of enterprise field service platforms.
Crew-Desk runs in the browser on any phone with no app store download, and installs to the home screen like a native app. There are three monthly plans: Solo at $29 per month for one user, Team at $49 per month for up to 5 users, and Crew at $89 per month for up to 15 users. Every plan includes unlimited jobs and customers and is month-to-month. Crew-Desk is currently in public beta, and beta members get full access free while the beta runs.
